2025 SUMMIT

This fall, Boardroom Beauty hosted its Inaugural Leader’s Summit in Soho, NY. This sold-out gathering that brought together over 130 emerging trailblazers, rising executives, and powerhouse industry leaders for a day of conversation, connection, and community.

The Summit marked a defining moment for our platform: the first large-scale event designed specifically for next-gen BIPOC talent shaping the future of beauty marketing, retail, and brand leadership.
